Hello! My name is Sidney Berry, and I am a sophomore at Monte Vista Christian School. I am passionate about helping my community grow through education, awareness, and meaningful connections. Through this project, I hope to inspire others to support those who rely on service dogs and make a lasting impact.

I’ve always loved animals. I believe they can see so much more about us than other people can. Service dogs, in particular, have an incredible ability to provide comfort, support, and independence to those who need them. Yet, their impact often goes unseen.

Who I am

Many people are unaware of the extensive training these dogs go through or how they serve individuals with disabilities, medical conditions, and mental health challenges. Some people who could benefit from a service dog don’t even know they qualify for one. Others face financial barriers that prevent them from accessing these life-changing companions.

That’s why I created Serving One Paw at a Time: to spread awareness, provide resources, and help fund programs that train and place service dogs with those in need. You can make a difference by learning, sharing, and supporting this mission.
